Solution
This information is located under the "Settings" on the iPad.
To check the iPad version, select "About" and check, on the following screen, the "Version" information listed there.
1) Open Settings
2) Select "General" and then "About"
3) The "Version" information is listed there.
To check the Cognos Mobile App version information
1) Open Settings
2) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings window
3) Under the Apps section you should find IBM Cognos listed
4) Select "IBM Cognos"
5) The version and build information is listed there.
