The server did something wrong

Hi all,

In Go!Office the connection test and logon to the server are succesful. When importing a report into Go!Office the error “The server did something wrong” is returned. This happens at all my Go!Office clients.

In the cogserver.log the following messages are returned:
DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error. no nodes for this service are up.
DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error. and we’ve reached the attempt limit, give up.
DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error. and we’ve reached the attempt limit, give up.
DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error. no nodes for this service are up.

how can i get it all to work? ???

In IBM Cognos Configuration under the IBM Cognos 8 services, set the “report data service enabled?” property to true.
save and restart

does it work?

Yes ! This solved the error !

But i don’t know how this occured… ???
