As far as I’m aware, Cognos 10.1.1 supports integrating with the Netegrity Siteminder via a v4 embedded webagent within Cognos itself.

Does Cognos 10.1.1 support the Oracle (formerly Sun One) Access Manager 11g agent in this same manner – (it already supports Sun One Directory server)? If not, is there any FP curently in the works to integrate with this Identity management provider?

Not that I’m aware of. This would be an Enhancement request that you would request via Cognos Support.

That said, I think OAM can be configured as an LDAP provider directly. IT in Cognos Config you would use a “LDAP” provider config for OAM.

I understand that it can be used as a LDAP provider directly (we currently do this). The question is the SSO agent integration.
