I am trying to make a report in Studio for items which only give results for more than 100%.
Can someone assist me what condition should i set so that only the data more than 100% is displayed ?

Can you explain what you mean by more than 100%? Give an example using column/data item names.
It sounds like you want to create a summary filter. But I need more details.
