When i run the job ‘Transfer data from Staging into Metric Store’ by pressing the link the job works okay but when i use the play button on the right the same job goes into pending and never completes… Can someone please help. The same thing happens when i try to schedule the job.
which version do you use? 10.1 or 10.1.1?
and do you use IE or Firefox with all the options enabled like stated in the installation guide?
is it a single server configuration or a multi server environment?
upgrade to Cognos Metric Server 10.1.1 Fix Pack 1 will solve this problem.
