Is there any Beta or Student version available for TM1 9.5?

You can ask a Cognos sales person for a trailperiod for the product…

Does it have to be 9.5? There is a trial version of Cognos Express you can download, which contains a single instance of a TM1 server (CXMD). This should give you a good idea of the capabilities.
