Installing FrameWork on a different computer

Greetings,

How you doing? I am new to Cognos so I hoped I could learn from you guys.

I just installed Tivoli Common Reporting with Cognos. I did not installed FM since I did this on a SUSE and I understand it does not work on linux. I was wondering how should I manage the installation of FM in another computer with Windows. Perhaps you could assist me with this.

just install the same framework manager version on the windows machine as reside on the Cognos server. (next,next…finish)

the open the Cognos configutation manager and point the gateway url to the gateway of your Cognos configuration.

Save the configuration and the signkeypair and encrypt keypair files are copies to your windows machine.

then it should work.
