If we Create a section for Country and after how to delete that SECTION for that Country

You can find this function in Properties. In Cognos, you ‘hide’ cells by selecting Box Type = None. Here’s how.
Step 1. To ensure that you can still see hidden cell(s) in designer, you must select View>Visual Aids> Show Hidden Objects. The cells will be hidden when you run the report, but you will still be able to see them in design mode.
Step 2. Once you’ve completed Step 1, do the following.
Select the cell(s), row(s), or column(s) you would like to hide.
Under properties, locate the Box>Box Type option. Right click and select ‘None’.
You must be careful when doing this. If you want to hide an entire column, you must select the header for that column, the detail, and the summary row(s). If you want to hide an entire row, you must select every cell in the row. If the report has groupings and summaries, this gets a bit more complex. You can experiment from here. ;D
