GO Office Error

I get the following message when trying to import a PowerPlay Studio report into Excel.

RDS-ERR-1000 Report Data Service could not process the response from the content provider.

Has anyone come accross this before and found a solution?

Is go office configured to the GW? If yes, try pointing it to the dispatcher directly.
