Hi,
I am getting below error when I give new project name after selecting blank project in Life Cycle Manager…
An error has occured in Lifecycle Manager.
Could not create a new project

I tried giving project name without any spaces & also with meaning full name like " IBM Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10".
But still I am getting same error.
Can you help me ASAP.
