In IBM Cognos Configuration
Right Click and select test
When testing "Launching a JVM using ‘Maximum memory in MB’ a DOS screen pops up.
Has anyone paid attention to this screen?
Note: Its hard to pic what it says because the screen pops up and close quickly.
I used a tool called camstudio-recorder to capture the screen and played back and forth to capture the following error.
Exception in thread “main” java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\ibm\cognos\c10_64\bin64\jre\6.0.bin.java.exe
This is error is happening in all Cognos10 Servers.
Multi-tier Environment
Server 1 (Cognos 10 Application Tier)
Server 2 (Cognos 10 Application Tier)
Server 3 (CM only)
All Servers are running on Windows 2008 R2
DB interface is Oracle 11g r2
No other errors are found in the Cogserver logs
I have also tried defining the following in the Environment Variables, No luck!
CLASSPATH = G:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10_64\bin\jre\6.0\bin;G:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10_64\bin64\jre\6.0\bin
