The following error appears when trying to update the Metric’s package indexes:
Resolving the problem:
1) Open Metric studio.
2) Select “Tools”.
3) Select “Metric maintenance”.
4) From the line “Update search engine index” select “More...” and click on “Set properties”.
5) Then choose the tab “Metric Maintenance”.
6) Change the option “Update the index” for “Rebuild the index” and click on “OK”.
7) Execute “Update search engine index”. If it doesn’t return an error, you could test the metric load.
