Error: RSV-CM-0004 Capabilities issue in Analysis for Excel?

When my users attempting to create a new exploration with IBM Cognos 8.4 BI Analysis for Microsoft Excel, they receive the error: “RSV-CM-0004 The current user does not have the capabilities required to run the ‘runSpecification’ operation.”

It sounds like a capabilities issue. I tried some additional capabilities but it is still not working.

which capability will do the trick? :-*

In order for users to navigate and create content in BI Analysis for Microsoft Excel, users must have traverse and execute permissions on the “Specification Execution” capability.
