Conditional Calculation on 8.4.1 producing errors

Hi, we have upgraded from 8.4 to 8.4.1 and is experiencing problems where reports that work in 8.4 that has conditional calculations and are based on joined queries, are producing the following error:

QE-DEF-0359 The query contains a reference to at least one object ‘[object]’ that does not exist.QE-DEF-0030 Expression parsing error.QE-DEF-0359 The query contains a reference to at least one object ‘[object]’ that does not exist.QE-DEF-0030 Expression parsing error.QE-DEF-0359 The query contains a reference to at least one object ‘[object]’ that does not exist.QE-DEF-0030 Expression parsing error.

It gives this error for every data item in the subqueries. When I change the conditional calculation to a standard aggregation, the reports work. Has anyone come across this before?

Is it a crosstab report based on a Dimensionally Modeled Relational (DMR) package?

Check query item in the properties

  1. In the crosstab, click the crosstab node member used to determine the value of the conditional variable. (It will be blue by default).
  2. In the ‘Properties’ pane, locate properties, and click the ellipsis beside it.
  3. Check the query item in question.
  4. Run the report
