The cognos 10.2.2 version is installed in windows D:\ and given access to D:\ drive only to one of the cognos admin, also given the cognos service restart privileges also.
1.The admin can now restart the services from services(Start->run-> type services.msc> select the IBM cognos serices> click on restart for restarting the cogns services).
- but while opening the cognos configuration , all the time the stop and restart option is disabled, only showing the start option (even after starting the services using the first option)
can you please share how can we fix this issue
