When opening after installation of Cognos Express manager from a UNC path, you encounter the following error when you launch IBM Cognos Express Manager:
An error has occured
SDK-ERR-0034 Unable to find module ID IBM_CX_Core
Installing IBM Cognos Express Manager from UNC Path or Mapped Network Drive does not work
To solve this problem, uninstall IBM Cognos Express using Add or Remove Products. Then, copy the installation files to the local drive of your computer and run the install.exe file.
