Cognos Error: PRS-CSE-1258

Symptom
You uninstall, then re-install IBM Cognos Express Manager. When you start IBM Cognos Express
Manager, the following message displays:
PRS-CSE-1258 Problem encountered during verification of session capability information

Cause
Caching of your internet browser

Solution
To resolve this problem, close your browser window, restart IBM Cognos Express Manager and start a new browser window again
