PRS-BST-1604 The XTS engine is stopped.
Problem
When trying to connect to Cognos Connection, the following error is displayed.
Cause
Corrupt system.xml
Solution
Confirm that the system.xml file under emplatespsportal is not corrupt.
Steps:1. Copy the system.xml file from a working environment to your non-working environment.
