Cognos Controller client - Excel behavior in Citrix session

When user inside Cognos Controller click on Reports - Run, Microsoft Excel pop’s up and Excel is put in front of Cognos Controller window.

How do you change the the excel behavior, so the cognos conntroller application windows stays in the front ?

I don’t think I’ve ever tried this type of thing so I don’t know if there is built-in functionality for it. That said, without any built-in functionality, my next stop would be to something like the free AutoHotKey tool or another Windows tool that could refocus on Controller after Excel appears.
