I have a installation of Cognos BI 8.4.1. The product was installed with Multilingual support and each user can change the “Product Language” and “Content Language” via My Preferences. However, the Cognos Help is always shown in English when you login as a non System Administrator.
If you login as a member of the System Administrator group, the help is shown in the same language that you have chosen in “My preferences”. Why is this happening?
Is there any right associated with the help access? How can I change the help language for normal users?
