Symptom
Cognos Connection content loaded instead of Contributor Administration Console Log in screen.
Problem
After logging into Contributor Administration Console logon screen, not contributor PAD information is loaded, but Cognos Connection content.
Cause
Incorrect URI for Gateway and therefore the Cognos Connection content is displayed.
Solution
Correct the URI for Gateway in Cognos Configuration. Copy the Gateway URL from Cognos Configuration Manager in your browser and check if the Cognos login screen is displayed.
