Cognos 10 installation and configuration. Netegrity Siteminder not available

Hi,

I am new to Cognos 10 and I am configuring Congos10 with Siteminder, on server 2008 64bit, with an Oracle 11g database. I am attempting to add an Netegrity_Siteminder namespace under Authentication, however, there is not Netegrity_Siteminder option.

Any help would be appreciated.
