I have a test cognos 10.1.1 environment that I’d like to use on a server that does not have a 3rd party webserver available. Is there any way to configure Cognos 10.1.1 to act as it’s own gateway/webserver so that I can log in as the administrator and make changes?
you can connect directly to a Cognos dispatcher
like: http://:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch
The pictures are added in the gateway so with this url you get not a nice look-and-feel. I thought the administration tab in not working either. I use this sometimes for toubleshooting.
If you need the full functionallity and templates you need a web server (IIS, apache)
