CM-SYS-5227 error during export

After upgrading Cognos 8.3 to 10.1 i tried after upgrading the content store to create a delpoyment export. When i try this i receive this error…

CM-SYS-5227 A database constraint violation was detected. The current database transaction will be rolled back. Method-Name: “handleSQLExceptionForNewObject” Object-ID: “2591”. DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.

Has anyone a solution for this?

i have seen this before ! :slight_smile:

i fixed this to run a consistency check for all namespaces and with the option “find & fix”. I cleaned a dozen users and after that the export ran fine.

i always believed that these kind of issues were not exported. It seems wise to execute a consistency check before an export. :o
