in c10.1.1 environment we are getting the below error.
"CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error “cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login.” can be found in the response SOAP header."
This is showing in scheduled report & those reports are failing… we are using LDAP for authentication… is this related to some LDAP issue? could you please help
Which connector did you use?
the Active directory connector or the LDAP connector? Are you using SSO? What kind of user runs these schedules? Does a report scheduled by an administrator account produced the same error?
