Best way for Cognos Report Outputs Management

Hi Everyone,

Need your valuable suggestions on how several Cognos users are handling this situation in real time.

Scenario is like this:

  1. Users should have easy access to report outputs, including previous output versions
  2. There can be multiple reports for multiple users but not everyone should have access to all reports
  3. Users have sharepoint portal for other purposes
  4. We dont want to give users Cognos online access

Currently, thinking of exporting Cognos BI outputs to a central file location segregated in to folders with access permission set for each users. User can access directly from file server or publish this file location in Sharepoint and user access from there.

Any other way? Any 3rd party tool ? Need your valuable suggestions.
