Help me, please. According to this article http://www.cogknowhow.com/index.php/knowledge-articles/30-cognos-8/242-how-to-modify-the-default-e-mail-behaviour-of-cognos-83-and-cognos-84, I entered value for parameter ‘smtp.rules.properties.location’ - /smtpRules-custom.xml. But in logs receive error CNC-DS-0036 'We were unable to read the smtp properties file /smtpRules-custom.xml. Please check the value of advanced property ‘smtp.rules.properties.location’. What is the correct path of file to write for this parameter?

did you download the file smtpRules-default.xml.sample attached to the link? and did you copy and it to the directory install\webapps\p2pd\WEB-INF\classes and renamed to smtpRules-custom.xml ???
